Perigee IP P.C. offers legal services in the United States. As of the above date, this website has no forms and no accounts, so we do not ask you for any information in order to read it.

What is collected. Our web server records the IP address, browser type, page requested, and time of each request, which we use to operate and secure the site. We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are read; it sets cookies and reports to Google, which may collect information about your activity across other websites over time. You can prevent this with Google's opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, or by blocking cookies in your browser. If you choose a light or dark appearance, your browser stores that on your own device and never sends it to us.

Do Not Track. Browsers send Do Not Track signals inconsistently and there is no agreed standard for honouring them, so this site does not respond to them. The opt-out above is based on Google's framework.

If you contact us. We keep what you send by telephone or email so that we can reply and check for conflicts. Please do not send confidential information or details of an invention before a written engagement agreement is in place — information sent beforehand is not protected as a client confidence, and receiving it can create a conflict that prevents us from acting for you.
